Has God done anything recently worth witing about?

i'm not sure why religions insist upon living and teaching from thousands of years ago.

a time when people lived in fear of things they didn't understand and didn't have the knowledge or words to describe things and events in terms that are relevant to us in 2015. why are we taught to live, and believe, in the middle-east over 2000 years ago?

when is there going to be some new material?

JW's and Mormons have new material. They have added some crazy new light and

lets not forget the Moslem faith, how many years after Constantine sealed the bible

that Mohammed made addition to that Bible.

Come on folks, I'm the only one that had demons dreams when I was a JW?

I know there were a few reports about sisters who were visited by demons

while sleeping, they were abused.

I guess I'm weird. I have had a dream there was a knock at the door and

standing outside were 20-30 JW's and my brother at the front. Not sure

if it was a mob or they were trying to persuade me to come back. I believe

it was a mob.

i know it's not easy for you to walk it's a big decision, family and etc.. if you are afraid consider this.

i have been here for a few years and i can count on one hand from posters who made the statement, i can't take it anymore, i'm going back.. what is it that members here have given up their family and friends to be free.

is it so we can have sinful fun, we are our own person and no one will tell us what to do?.

My son told me, dad we talked so much about sex in the meetings the young

ones couldn't wait to see what they were missing. I know of a elder daughter who

became a stripper, one a bar maid, CO daughter had kids by different men. yes many

went bonkers.

been reading for about 2 and a half years, thought i would take the plunge and sign up.. my circumstances... i live in uk, serving as ms. i am fully awake.

i can not leave due to family, so just treating the meetings as a bit of a social club.

i would like to give out more details, but i think you all know the drill.. complete disillusionment and i suppose natural curiosity woke me up.. don't know what else to say right now, just hello, and i hope to get to know some of you guys better.

Island Man; My two sons "reckless behavior". The problem, they believed

it was the truth and they were going to have all the fun before the end came.

Not until they realized it was a lie they both made big changes.

I was told by a family member that my ex-JW wife said, I did a fine job

with the boys today they are men...
